Flow Reformer Studio Fit-out – Poole, Dorset

The client wanted to create a dedicated reformer Pilates studio within their existing gym space. To achieve this, we reconfigured the layout of the unit, reducing the size of the main gym area and constructing a brand-new studio at the rear of the building.

We began by stripping out the existing section of the gym and creating a new internal structure using timber studwork. A new roof system was installed and fully insulated to improve both thermal efficiency and soundproofing, ensuring the reformer studio remained a comfortable and private space for classes.

To maximise functionality within the studio, we designed and built a bespoke storage cabinet to neatly house reformer equipment while also creating an attractive feature within the room. We also installed a full-width mirrored wall with integrated LED lighting, helping to create a bright, modern training environment and giving the studio a premium finish.

As part of the wider refurbishment, we completely overhauled the bathroom facilities. This included floor tiles, replacing sinks and sanitary ware, updating fixtures and fittings, and redecorating throughout. The result was a fresh, modern space that matched the high-quality finish of the new studio.

This project showcases our ability to deliver complete commercial fit-outs and refurbishments, managing everything from structural alterations and insulation through to bespoke joinery, decorating, and final finishing touches.
